Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a General Services Coordinator on-site in Virginia. The role focuses on customer service for residents, staff and visitors, coordinating administrative tasks and supporting facility operations.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to work with in-house programs.
• Office experience preferred.
• Experience serving the general public, especially seniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage residence warranty claims as liaison between residents and vendors for timely resolution.
• Support Facility and General Services Coordinators with admin tasks and project coordination.
• Cover Front Desk duties: answer phones, create work orders, assist residents.
• Enter and process all work orders in the Mainstar Program; generate reports.
• Maintain program records for apartments and vendors used in billing.
