Job summary

Eden Housing seeks an entry-level Resident Services Coordinator I to deliver foundational services across housing stability, economic mobility, health, digital access, and youth engagement. You will document outcomes in Salesforce and coordinate with community partners to connect residents with appropriate services.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience and/or training in human services, community outreach, customer-facing roles, or related fields
• Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn will be considered
• Must have access to reliable transportation to travel during the business day to Eden properties, training sites, and retail stores

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 universal programs directly: workshops, wellness checks, community events
• Provide coaching-based first level support across service domains (housing, economic stability, health, digital inclusion, youth/family)
• Document all resident interactions, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM within 48 hours
• Coordinate referrals and warm handoffs to partner-delivered specialists
• Maintain safety protocols and professional boundaries in high-stress situations
