Job summary

Aim Community Services seeks an Employment & Housing Case Manager to coordinate housing stability plans and connect clients with employment resources in the Spokane region.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, assisting with job applications, and maintaining confidential client records while collaborating with landlords and service partners to promote long-term independence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement and broader scope.
• Experience in case management, housing support, or employment services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized Housing Stability Plans and assist with housing searches and landlord communications.
• Conduct employment assessments and develop Employment Development Plans; assist with resumes and interviews.
• Maintain confidential client records, coordinate referrals to healthcare, education, and wellness services.
• Attend team meetings and advocate for clients to promote independence and long-term success.
