EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support Parkview Family and Taylor Oaks in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on connecting residents with social services, facilitating programs, and promoting community engagement across two housing communities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social service experience with elderly or families.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to coordinate programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees the delivery of resident services and activities on and off-site; conducts needs assessments and annual satisfaction surveys.
• Provides opportunities for residents to learn skills and build community through social, educational, and StayWell activities.
• Connects residents to local food resources and facilitates distributions as needed.
• Maintains a community resource directory and establishes connections with service providers.
• Prepares and maintains monthly budgets and program files in online databases; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Creates monthly newsletters and calendars of events; participates in site team meetings.
