Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in Twentynine Palms, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will handle phone inquiries, move-in processes, and lease documentation while ensuring resident needs are met.

Responsibilities include responding to issues, supporting move-outs and renewals, coordinating with maintenance, and performing general office tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, keyboard, internet search and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Positive, professional demeanor; valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information and move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is completed in the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues with other staff.
• Support move-out processes, notices to vacate, and transfers.
• Manage lease renewals and communicate community services to residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests and follow-up.
• Engage in outreach marketing and complete general office duties.
