Job summary

Asset Living in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As on-site leader, you will develop annual operating plans, monitor revenues and expenses, and drive resident satisfaction through effective leasing and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community and supervise on-site staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating plans and monitor revenue and expenses.
