Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) seeks a Community Life Service Coordinator to develop and coordinate support services for residents in mixed-income communities.

You will work closely with property management and local partners to promote housing stability and connect residents to education, workforce development, financial education, and health resources. This grant-funded role focuses on building community through on-site programs, one-on-one coaching, and strategic partnerships, with duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with families in housing or human services.
• Experience overseeing and managing grants.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with local service providers for on-site programs or referrals.
• Support residents with lease compliance and housing stability plans.
• Coordinate with property management and community partners to deliver services.
• Conduct home visits and provide case management to residents.
• Document and maintain accurate records in ETO and other systems.
• Attend trainings and weekly meetings with the team.
