The Community Builders Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for an in-office role at a Massachusetts property. You will assess residents’ needs, develop partnerships with service providers, supervise programs, and help housing stabilization in collaboration with the Community Manager.

Requirements include a BA/BS in human services and 2+ years in community service. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; knowledge of Yardi is preferred.

• 2+ years in community service related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop partnerships with service providers.
• Supervise day-to-day program operations and assist in housing stabilization.
• Recruit and lead volunteers to support on-site activities.
