The Community Builders Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for an in-office role at a Massachusetts property. You will assess residents’ needs, develop partnerships with service providers, supervise programs, and help housing stabilization in collaboration with the Community Manager.
Requirements include a BA/BS in human services and 2+ years in community service. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; knowledge of Yardi is preferred.

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day resident services of the assigned property. This includes assessing the needs of residents and developing and managing strategic partnerships with service providers, supervising the day-to-day operation of programs, collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure housing stabilization, and recruiting and leading volunteers to assist on the site. This position has a requirement of five days a week in office.
BA/BS in human services or related field and 2+ years' experience working in community service related field.
