Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) seeks a highly motivated Community Life Services Coordinator to coordinate site programming at Creighton Renaissance in Richmond, VA.

Under the direct supervision of the Community Life District Manager, you will operationalize CL programming and support quality activities across the site. Housing stabilization is central, delivered through referrals to local partners, on-site programming and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, mental health, or a related field.
• Ability to build partnerships with community-based organizations.
• Experience collecting and analyzing program data; familiarity with grant reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; knowledge of Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Community Success Plan (CSP) and annual CSP activities.
• Supervise interns and volunteers and ensure program delivery at the site.
• Coordinate housing stabilization efforts and partnerships for referrals.
• Engage residents to advance education, workforce development, and health goals.
• Attend trainings on trauma-informed care, youth mentorship, and budgeting.
• Maintain CL Connect records and manage grant deliverables and reporting.
• Attend local meetings with community stakeholders and coordinate community events.
