You will handle leasing support, service requests, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with housing policies and laws. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and smooth operations on-site.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High school diploma / GED.
• Additional degree(s) that are preferred for this position include: Degree in General Studies.
• 1 - 2 years of customer service and resident retention experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general business office activities of an apartment community and act as the first point of contact for residents and families.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding questions or concerns and resolve or refer issues to appropriate staff.
• Prepare service requests and work with service contractors to ensure issues are handled properly.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing policies and procedures and assist with leasing and lease renewal tasks.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local/state/federal laws, and affordable housing programs.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages to residents and obtain signatures for deliveries.
• Handle administrative tasks: phone screening, typing, correspondence, appointments, mail, records, and meeting room scheduling.
