Job summary

Lakeview Senior Living is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team and support residents in the Assisted Living department. Ideal candidates hold an LVN license in good standing, have 1+ year of management experience, CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days, and solid knowledge of state and federal regulations.

• LVN license in good standing. Preferred.
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.
• Exhibit good business judgment and strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:
