Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village seeks a Director of Resident Services to oversee daily operations across Home Care, Dining, Building Services, Life Enrichment, Transportation and Health & Fitness. This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences and staff engagement.

The ideal candidate aligns with Touchmark values and brings a proven track record in hospitality operations, senior services, and budget stewardship while mentoring teams to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care, hospitality operations, facilities management, or related field.
• 7+ years in hospitality operations or facilities management.
• 5+ years of staff management experience.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Experience in budget development and fiscal management.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Home Care, Dining Services, Building Services, Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness operations.
• Ensure highest quality day-to-day operations in the community.

Director of Resident Services at Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village, you will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members as well as with a staff that embraces quality company culture. In this important leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the community including Home Care, Dining Services, Building Services (maintenance), Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness teams in our community. This includes ensuring the highest quality day-to-day operations for these departments.

Position & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and hands-on experience in health care, hospitality operations, facilities management, or a related field.
• 7 or more years, depending on education, of experience in hospitality operations or facilities management.
• 5+ years' experience managing staff.
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Experience in budget development and fiscal management.
• Possession of valid Driver's License.
