Touchmark, LLC in McKinney, TX seeks a Director of Resident Services to lead Home Care, Dining, Building Services, Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness, ensuring top-quality daily operations and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has compassionate leadership, integrity, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to ongoing learning; 7+ years in hospitality operations or facilities management with budget experience and a driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and hands-on experience in health care, hospitality operations, facilities management, or a related field.
• 7 or more years of experience in hospitality operations or facilities management.
• 5+ years’ experience managing staff.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Experience in budget development and fiscal management.
• Possession of valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in the community including Home Care, Dining Services, Building Services (maintenance), Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness teams.
• Ensure the highest quality day-to-day operations for these departments.

In this important leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the community including Home Care, Dining Services, Building Services (maintenance), Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness teams in our community.
