Job summary

Touchmark at Coffee Creek is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead our dining team and ensure exceptional service for residents and guests. You will hire, mentor, and develop staff, schedule operations, and partner with the Dining Services Director to uphold Touchmark's Gold Standard of hospitality.

You will supervise wait staff, manage service flow, and support payroll budgeting while maintaining a positive work environment and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dining staff in a hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on resident and guest dining experiences.
• Ability to train and mentor team members in service standards.

Touchmark at Coffee Creek currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Dining Room Manager.

As the Dining Room Manager, you will work closely with the Dining Services Director to ensure each resident and guest's needs are being met. You will have the chance to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest always has an exceptional dining experience.

You will hire, lead, mentor, train and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette and steps of service, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard.

You will also be responsible for scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

• Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
• Supervising the closure of the dining rooms at the end of meals
• Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
• Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
• Help create a positive work environment
• Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
• Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
• Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
• Support the needs of the dining department
