Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo, ND is seeking a compassionate Health Services Coordinator - Scheduler to join our on-site team. You will create and manage the Health Services schedule, handle call-ins, and arrange replacements for shifts while supporting recruitment and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong critical thinking, and excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook). A CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged or may be pursued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong critical thinking skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with frequent changes and interruptions.
• Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Create Health Services schedule and manage shift coverage.

Touchmark at Harwood Groves is Fargo’s leading full-service retirement community-assisted living, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking a compassionate person to join our talented team as a Health Services Coordinator - Scheduler.

This person will be responsible for creating the Health Services schedule, handling any/all schedule issues for our Health Services team including but not limited to call-ins and finding replacements for shift coverage. This person will attend scheduled in-services and staff meetings and assist with recruiting new Health Services team members (i.e. Caregivers, Medication Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants).

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 5:00pm

Rotating on call, weekends, some evening & night hours as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess strong critical thinking skills

• Have prior administrative experience is preferred
• Possess excellent computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification or provide current certification
• Med Aide experience not required, but encouraged
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
