Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Director of Resident Services in McKinney, TX to lead daily operations across Home Care, Dining, Facilities, Life Enrichment, Transportation and Health & Fitness. This leadership role focuses on delivering compassionate service, superior resident experience, and a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 7+ years in hospitality or facilities management, 5+ years managing staff, and a track record of budget stewardship while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and hands-on experience in health care, hospitality operations, facilities management.
• 7+ years of experience in hospitality operations or facilities management.
• 5+ years’ experience managing staff.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Experience in budget development and fiscal management.
• Possession of valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Home Care, Dining Services, Building Services, Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness.
• Ensure highest quality day-to-day operations across departments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to deliver compassionate service.

As the Director of Resident Services, you will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members as well as with a staff that embraces quality company culture.

In this important leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the community including Home Care, Dining Services, Building Services (maintenance), Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Health & Fitness teams in our community. This includes ensuring the highest quality day-to-day operations for these departments.

Position & Educational Requirements
