Job summary

National Church Residences in Bedford, TX is seeking Service Coordinators to advocate, organize, and connect residents to community resources. In this full-time role you will develop and coordinate programs, liaise with community agencies, and help residents access services such as transportation, meals, and personal support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience delivering social services to elderly and/or family populations preferred.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver results for residents.
• Coordinate programs and activities for residents.
• Liaise with community agencies and network with service providers to identify services.
• Develop a Resource Directory of local service providers and sponsor educational events.
• Provide quality customer service and assist residents with accessing services.
