Job summary

UDR is seeking a Resident Service Specialist for Inwood West in Woburn, MA. You will coordinate move-in services, monitor resident issues, and provide concierge-level customer service within the community.

Responsibilities include managing Onesite documents, overseeing tasks, handling walk-in traffic, responding to all resident communications, and coordinating with the Business Manager and Renewal teams to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or better.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years office experience required.
• Two years’ experience in residential properties or related operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required unless noted otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for each new resident and check satisfaction within seven days.
• Scan move-in documents and oversee Pending Tasks in Onesite.
• Guide walk-in traffic and minimize wait times; respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Organize incoming packages and coordinate with leasing and renewal teams.
• Maintain resident communications via CRM and ensure timely responses to voicemails, texts, and emails.
• Walk move-in ready apartments and amenities to ensure standards are met.
• Provide coverage for Resident Service Manager duties and perform other duties as assigned.
