Job summary

UDR, Inc. seeks a Resident Service Specialist in Renton, WA, to ensure a seamless move-in and enhance resident living across Crown Pointe, Hilltop, CityLine, and CityLine II. You will coordinate move-ins, manage documentation in OneSite, and guide walk-in traffic while maintaining high service standards.

You will handle resident communications via CRM, oversee daily operations, and provide back-up support to the Resident Service Manager, fostering a positive, responsive community environment.

Qualifications

• Multi-family and/or hospitality operations experience.
• Experience working in an office setting.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Move-in coordination including orientation and follow-up.
• Scan documents into OneSite and oversee pending tasks.
• Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and route communications to the Resident Services Manager.
• Inspect move-in apartments and amenities for standards; address deficiencies.
• Provide back-up support and prepare reports as directed.
