Job summary

MidPen Housing is seeking a Services Coordinator I to implement educational, wellness, and asset-building programs for residents at Brightwell West. You will lead after-school activities, ESL support, health workshops, and rental assistance while building welcoming community spaces.

The role involves outreach, documentation, and collaboration with local agencies to ensure high‑quality resident services and strong partnerships. Frequent team coordination and reporting are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
• Progress toward a 2-year or 4-year college degree preferred.
• Experience in community development, social services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite programs and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct outreach to promote resident services (door-to-door, phone, email).
• Prepare and submit required documentation for MidPen and external agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention for low-to-moderate situations and follow reporting procedures.
• Support partnership goals and communicate improvement needs to supervisor.
• Collaborate with local community agencies and monitor partner service delivery.
• Assist with property-level needs assessments and follow-up actions.
• Participate in property plan development and respond to resident needs.
• Provide exemplary customer service and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting per policies.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and property events.
