Job summary

Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide on-site resident services and to plan and facilitate programs at assigned sites, including neighborhoods initiatives. You will engage with residents, staff, and partners to advance SAHA’s mission.

The role requires strong communication, crisis response, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on serving diverse communities in supported housing settings. 40-hour work week at our Berkeley location.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years direct work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field may count.
• Experience in affordable housing or knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direct services to residents and plan relevant programs.
• Facilitate SAHA’s neighborhood initiatives at assigned site(s).
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, colleagues, volunteers and community partners.
