Job summary

EAH Housing in Point Reyes Station, CA is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support residents at the 27-unit Point Reyes Family and 25-unit Walnut Place communities. This role focuses on connecting residents with social services and coordinating programs that promote well-being and independence.

You will conduct needs assessments, maintain budgets and program files, build community partnerships, and help families and seniors access resources while upholding EAH’s mission and

Qualifications

• BA degree required or equivalent experience in social services.
• 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly or families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees delivery of resident services and programs at on-site and off-site locations.
• Provides information, referrals, and follow-up to residents; conducts needs assessments.
• Develops relationships with service providers and maintains a community resource directory.
• Prepares monthly budgets and program files in required formats.
• Supports recruitment and coordination of volunteers and vendors as needed.
