Job summary

Abode Services in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver housing stabilization services to households experiencing homelessness or low income. This part-time role covers Heltsley in Redwood City and Terrace View in Daly City, with a 4-hour shift twice a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12-4pm).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field or equivalent field experience.
• 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families.
• Valid California Driver's License with clean DMV record and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing stabilization services to homeless and/or low-income households and individuals.
• Counseling, referrals to financial/credit counseling, legal services, and housing plan development.
• Coordinate with property management to connect participants to supportive services.
• Maintain and secure comprehensive case files and prepare program reports.
• Crisis intervention as needed and when requested by management or participants.
