Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with diverse residents or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field may be substituted
• Experience in affordable housing or knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus
• Candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direct services to residents and plan relevant programs and events
• Support seniors, families, and/or people with special needs as assigned
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, colleagues, and community partners
• Assist with special projects and coverage during staff vacancies
