Job summary

Project Access is seeking a full-time RSVP Coordinator to support Bay Area communities (16 hrs/week) and provide regional coverage (24 hrs/week). Based in San Jose, you will run resident programs, coordinate outreach, manage app engagement, and partner with property teams to connect residents to services.

Requirements include four years in housing/social services or a related degree, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CMS tools. Wage is $29.50/hr with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields; OR a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience with virtual program delivery, webinar, content creation, or online community management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident programs and services across assigned communities.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-person and virtual programs, workshops, and community-building activities.
• Build relationships with residents through regular outreach and engagement.
• Support resident participation in the Project Access app and promote events.
• Maintain site content and posts in the CMS and app.
• Moderate app-based community activity to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Provide information, referrals, and connections to community resources.
• Coordinate food distributions and other supportive services as needed.
• Maintain program records and routine reports in designated systems.
