Job summary

Rainey Property Management seeks a proactive Resident Services Coordinator to cultivate a vibrant, welcoming community within our multifamily properties. You will plan events, develop programs, and communicate with residents to enhance daily life and engagement.

Qualifications

• Positive, creative, and people-oriented professional who enjoys building community.
• Experience in property management, social services, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities to balance multiple projects.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and LURA compliance is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and communication tools for newsletters, budgets, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host creative activities and events that encourage connection and fun.
• Develop new ideas and programs that energize the community and encourage resident participation.
• Collaborate with local organizations to bring education, health, and social services to residents with LURA compliance.
• Design newsletters, flyers, and community updates to keep residents informed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in community life.
• Address resident concerns with empathy and elevate unresolved issues to the Property Manager.
• Oversee shared spaces to ensure they remain clean, safe, and inviting.
• Maintain a budget for resident activities and services with accurate expense documentation.
• Work with management to meet housing regulations and LURA guidelines.
