The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence four days a week; candidates should bring knowledge of property operations and marketing, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of property operations and marketing principles.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the resident experience.
• Create a leasing office atmosphere that is professional yet friendly.
• Monitor competitors and help improve retention and satisfaction.
