Rainey Property Management is seeking a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to plan engaging activities, support residents, and foster a vibrant community in our properties. The role emphasizes creative program development, effective communication, and collaboration with local service providers to enhance resident life.

Reports to the Property Manager. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with two 4-hour shifts weekly. Join a team focused on safe, affordable, and welcoming housing for residents.

Qualifications

• A positive, creative, and people-oriented professional who enjoys building community.
• Experience in property management, social services, customer service, community programming, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host activities and events that encourage connection and fun (holidays, workshops, wellness, social gatherings).
• Develop new ideas and programs that energize the community and encourage resident participation.
• Collaborate with local organizations and service providers to bring education, health, and social services to residents while complying with LURA.
• Design and distribute newsletters, flyers, and community updates to keep residents informed.
• Build positive relationships with residents, listen to ideas and concerns, and encourage participation.
• Address resident concerns with empathy; escalate unresolved issues to the Property Manager as needed.
• Oversee shared spaces to keep clubs and common areas clean, safe, and inviting.
• Maintain a budget for resident activities and services with accurate documentation.
• Work with property management to meet housing regulations and LURA guidelines.
