Job summary

Twin Pines Management is seeking a proactive Resident Services Coordinator to support daily operations across our Harlem portfolio. This on-site role requires excellent customer service, organizational prowess, and a strong sense of urgency to keep residents supported.

The salary range is $22-24/hr plus discretionary bonus. Candidates should have 1+ year in multifamily property management and be proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years experience in multifamily residential property management or related field.
  • Proficiency with Yardi required; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Resident Relations & Customer Service: act as primary contact for residents and resolve inquiries.
  • Leasing & Administrative Support: assist with renewals, expirations, notices, and documentation; support rent collection.
  • Operational Support: help Resident Services Manager with daily tasks; maintain deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Location: On-site | Harlem Reports to: Assistant Community Manager The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $22-24/hr plus discretionary bonus

Twin Pines Management is seeking a proactive, organized, and service‑focused Resident Services Coordinator to support daily operations across our multifamily residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast‑paced environment, maintains a strong sense of urgency, and delivers consistently exceptional customer service.

The Rangel campus is a diverse residential community comprising 984 units spread across 8 buildings, all fourteen‑story high‑rise elevator buildings each equipped with two elevators. A day‑care, senior center, community center and storage are attached to Building 8. Building 6 contains one community 5,502 sq ft community space that is currently vacant. The property also includes 226 surface parking spaces, one outdoor refuse collection area, three children’s play areas, and open paved and landscaped spaces. Four commercial spaces are attached to one of the high‑rise buildings. This site will be undergoing substantial rehabilitation under the NYCHA PACT Program including renovations to the grounds, substantial elevator rehabilitation, and each individual apartment receiving full remediation and renovation.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Relations & Customer Service

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a professional, responsive, and positive experience.
  • Coordinate and resolve resident inquiries and service requests promptly.
  • Manage resident communication through platforms such as BuildingLink, Hello Alfred, and others.

Leasing & Administrative Support

  • Assist with lease renewals, track expirations, and prepare related notices and documentation.
  • Support rent collection efforts and follow up on resident questions regarding balances and payments.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, reporting, and documentation within Yardi.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and administrative materials as needed.

Operational Support

  • Assist the Resident Services Manager and Resident Services Director in daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Help monitor deadlines, ensure follow‑through on tasks, and contribute to smooth property operations across the portfolio.

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in multifamily residential property management or a related field
  • Proficiency with Yardi required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Solid understanding of resident relations and service‑oriented operations
