The Maintenance Technician is essential to keeping the community safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. This role is responsible for completing day‑to‑day maintenance requests, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring apartments and common areas meet quality and safety standards.
You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and on‑site team to respond to service requests, prepare units for move‑in, and address issues before they escalate. Success in this role means faster response times, fewer repeat issues, safer buildings, and residents who trust that concerns will be handled promptly and professionally.

New York Pay Range: $19.50 - $22 USD
