Job summary

The Springs at Greer Gardens in Eugene, OR is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support our Assisted Living team. The RSC serves as a key connection point between residents, families, caregivers, and leadership, and must be organized, communicative, compassionate, and capable of leading in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee care planning, coordinate changes in resident needs, monitor logs, train caregivers, and collaborate with our RN and Health Services Administrator.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, or similar senior living leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in health services as a caregiver or CNA.
• Experience with medication administration is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to stay focused and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent attendance and flexibility to work as needed.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
• At least 18 years of age.

About The Role

A Realistic Look at the Role

We believe in being transparent about what it means to be a leader in senior living.

While our goal is always to maintain full floor coverage, managers occasionally step in when a caregiver or medication technician calls out. The RSC should be comfortable providing floor coverage when needed, including 8-hour shifts and occasional overnight coverage.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, support their team, and step in alongside them when the community needs it.

Required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, or similar senior living leadership role
• Previous hands‑on experience in health services as a caregiver or CNA
• Experience with medication administration is strongly preferred
