The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate resident care and support the Health Services department. You will help with staffing, scheduling, and daily coverage to ensure continuity of care, working closely with the community nurse and care team.

Ideal candidates have prior RSC experience in senior living, strong care workflow knowledge, and proficiency with electronic health records, enabling effective communication and high-quality resident support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Services Coordinator in senior living.
• Hands-on experience supporting resident care in Assisted Living or similar.
• Strong understanding of care workflows, documentation, and team communication.
• Ability to work with electronic health records and care management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and leadership.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their authorized representatives regarding care coordination
• Communicate changes in condition and care plans to nurses, med techs, and caregiving staff
• Monitor and follow up on charting, care notes, and communication logs for accuracy and completion
• Coordinate resident appointments with physicians and outside healthcare providers
• Support service planning, care transitions, and ongoing care coordination
• Provide day-to-day leadership support to caregivers and medication technicians
• Ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory and company standards

The Springs at Sunnyside is seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to join our Health Services team. This role is ideal for a current or former Resident Services Coordinator who understands care coordination, staffing, clinical workflows, and the realities of supporting residents and caregivers in a senior living environment.

Role Summary

The Resident Services Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating resident care and supporting the Health Services department. A responsibility of this role is coordinating staffing, scheduling adjustments, and daily coverage needs to help ensure continuity of care. Working closely with the community nurse and care team, the RSC helps ensure care plans are followed, changes in condition are communicated clearly, staffing needs are addressed, and residents receive consistent, high-quality support. This position requires previous experience working as a Resident Services Coordinator in senior living.

Required Experience & Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Strong understanding of care workflows, documentation, and team communication
• Ability to work comfortably with electronic health records and care management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, compassionate communication skills with residents, caregivers, and leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with nurses or Health Services leadership
• Familiarity with care coordination, service planning, or care transitions
• Demonstrated leadership or lead caregiver/med tech experience
