Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

Support residents with their daily care needs as indicated in their service plans
Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents' health
Assist in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
Answer pages and call lights

Qualifications

We are looking for people who have the following traits: organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork-oriented, and have a passion to serve others.
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.

Listens effectively and provides clear, concise, and accurate verbal and written information including all relevant documentation

Maintains confidentiality and privacy of our residents and staff at all times
Meets the needs and wishes of customers (residents, staff, and families) appropriately by being prompt, polite, professional, and personal
Makes the best decision based on information while resisting the influence of peer pressure and emotions
Consistently reports to work on-time and completes scheduled shifts
Adaptable and willing to change in order to ensure success
Completes all assigned duties efficiently and accurately
Performs other duties as assigned by RN and Health Services Administrator
Notifies supervisors of any needed supplies.
Attends education and training classes, including as necessary to fulfill state and company regulations
