The Springs Living, Bozeman is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support our Assisted Living community. You will be the primary contact for residents, families, and staff to address care needs and ensure everyone stays informed.

We value service excellence, staff engagement, and compassionate care for elders. Prior caregiving or med tech experience is preferred, and we support ongoing development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Assisted living or memory care, preferably involving medication administration
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test

Job Description

The Springs at Bozeman is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support our Assisted Living community. Our team is seeking an individual who understands that service excellence, staff engagement, and resident care are key to our success. As an RSC in our community, you function as the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff in regards to care needs. The RSC must be an excellent communicator as they need to ensure all parties are appropriately informed.

• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to achieve a common goal
