The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Coordinator for The Waterfront community in Vancouver, WA. You will serve as the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff regarding care needs and collaborate with the Health Services Director and Administrator to ensure accurate resident care.

You will oversee service planning, assist with scheduling, and provide team leadership to maintain high-quality care across ADLs, medications, and care plans.

Formación

• 3 years previous experience in health services leadership role required.
• Active WA State NAC or HCA certifications required.
• WA Nurse Delegation Certificate required.
• Prior experience as Med Tech and/or caregiver preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of WA regulations for senior care and ability to apply them.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

The Springs at The Waterfront is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Resident Services Coordinator who is committed to providing excellent care and attention to those we serve. This position reports to the Health Services Administrator. As an RSC in our community, you function as the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff in regard to care needs. You will work closely with the community Health Services Director and Health Services Administrator to ensure accuracy of care for our treasured residents. Other responsibilities include oversight of service planning, assistance with employee scheduling, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of health services team tasks, including but not limited to ADL's, medication administration, care plan creation, TSP's, completion of new resident binders and paperwork, etc.
• Monitoring alert charting and communication logs, monitoring and filing incident reports
• Create, monitor, and update all resident care plans, working closely with the nursing team
• Informing Health Services team members of changes in resident care or status
• Communicating with doctors offices and other health team providers, scheduling visits as needed
• Leading and conducting regular care conferences with residents and their families
• Oversight of health services team members, including coaching and mentoring
• Overseeing and creating health services schedule for caregivers and med techs, covering for shifts as needed
• Helps lead the health services team to ensure daily tasks are completed

Qualifications

• 3 years previous experience in health services leadership role required
• Active WA State NAC or HCA certifications
• WA Nurse Delegation Certificate
• Prior experience as Med Tech and/or caregiver preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet hard deadlines
• Expert knowledge on providing care in a senior living setting, including WA regulations knowledge
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, employees, and the general public
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments
• AL & MC regulations knowledge
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form
• Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Salary

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Resident Services Coordinator position, with an annual hourly wage of $21.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
