Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Palace Lofts in Denver. You’ll greet residents and guests, support front desk operations, handle packages, manage key control, and assist with moves to ensure a secure, welcoming community.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using computers and standard office systems; BuildingLink or similar systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression by greeting residents and guests with professionalism and resort-level service.
• Maintain a secure community by supporting building access, key control, and established security procedures.
• Manage incoming resident packages from receipt and logging through notification and organized storage.
• Coordinate resident moves by scheduling move monitors and helping ensure move procedures are followed.
• Respond to resident and guest questions, provide general building and neighborhood information, and connect callers with the appropriate resources.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready front desk and lobby by addressing general housekeeping needs as they arise.
• Monitor front desk electronics and equipment, including computers and televisions, and promptly communicate operational issues.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow property procedures to support resident and building safety.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and teammates through dependable communication and service.
• Support the property team with other duties as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
