Job summary

You will answer questions, receive packages, log deliveries, greet guests, and coordinate resident requests with gracious hospitality and timely follow-through. In this role you will maintain sign-in logs, monitor entry points, and support management with clerical tasks while upholding the company’s promises to residents and board members.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Respond to resident requests, inquiries and concerns.
• Accept and log deliveries and notify residents of receipt.
• Maintain sign-in logs for guests and contractors.
• Perform clerical and administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for efficiency.
• Responsible for key lock boxes.
• Monitor cameras, and report to Security or Management Office.
• Manage special events guest registers.
• Other duties as assigned
