Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, property management, or similar service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn building systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with a warm, professional first impression.
• Provide accurate building information and direct questions to the team.
• Manage package intake and resident notifications; maintain records.
• Maintain secure key-control procedures and protect resident access.
• Coordinate showings and building access per procedures.
• Support move coordination and document verification.
• Conduct routine building walks and report issues.
• Monitor shared amenities and ensure desk electronics work.
• Respond calmly to resident concerns and emergencies.
• Represent East West Urban Management professionally and hospitality-first.
