Qualifications

• High school education is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors and provide exceptional service.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Arrange tours of the property and coordinate reservations for dining rooms/events.
• Handle mail, packages and general clerical tasks for the office.
• Support marketing efforts and assist residents with special requests.
• Maintain a clean reception area and ensure property literature is current.
