Job summary

Greystar is seeking an organized Resident Services Associate to welcome prospects and residents, coordinate services, and keep office operations running smoothly at our Nashville community.

You will answer calls, manage the guest suite and move-in/move-out schedules, assist with resident activities, curate local dining and service information to enhance residents' experiences, and support leasing staff; you may also coordinate package deliveries and help with community events, with occasional

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and assists with visitor needs.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Maintains guest suite schedule and coordinates move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition for morning openings.
• Manages package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services.
• Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities.
• Keeps local area resources (restaurants, shops, delivery options) information for residents and maintains vendor contacts.
