Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk and Front of House operations including loading dock and package handling.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and approve departmental schedules.
• Ensure life safety and safety policy compliance.
• Manage resident relations and resolve concerns to maintain high service levels.
• Maintain documentation and update management systems.
