Job summary

The Caleb Group is seeking a Part Time Resident Service Coordinator to support three affordable housing communities in the Saco/Biddeford area. You will connect residents with community services and help plan and oversee on-site programming as part of the property management team.

Responsibilities include building relationships with service providers, managing an annual program plan and budget, and ensuring confidentiality while supporting residents in various situations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with community services coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with local organizations, charities, agencies and service providers who can provide direct services to residents.
• Create and oversee a yearly on site program plan and budget.
• Follow up on referrals from residents and staff regarding resident needs and concerns.
• Work with property manager and maintenance to assist residents in crisis situations or difficult situations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with code of ethics.
