Job summary

The Caleb Group is hiring a Part Time (24 hours) Resident Service Coordinator to serve at three affordable housing communities in the Saco/Biddeford area. Connect residents and families to services in the community and coordinate programming on site.

Responsibilities include building relationships with local organizations, creating an annual program plan and budget, and assisting residents with crisis situations while maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with local organizations, charities, agencies and service providers to provide direct services to residents.
• Create and oversee a yearly on-site program plan and budget.
• Collaborate with property management; follow up on referrals from residents and staff.
• Assist residents in crisis situations with property manager and maintenance.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with the code of ethics.
