Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, caregiving or related field.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean record (except minor violations).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clear fingerprint background screening by DPS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and promote resident participation in on-site activities and programs.
• Build positive relationships with residents and support informal networks.
• Provide health education, resources, and referrals to promote independence and aging in place.
• Develop and distribute monthly newsletters, calendars, and program announcements.
• Maintain and organize activity spaces and safety of common areas.
• Ensure confidentiality and documentation of resident services and program obligations.
