Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience.
• Knowledge of homeless resources and working with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Offer accurate information and referrals to housing and health services.
• Maintain HMIS client interactions accurately and promptly.
• Support coordination with case managers and navigators.
• Monitor facilities and ensure access to spaces and resources.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings and maintain organized work area.
