Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to residents and staff. You will coordinate resident activities, publish newsletters, handle requests, and assist with maintenance coordination at a Greystar property.

You will also prepare incident reports, schedule rentals, and ensure guest suites are ready with amenities, while maintaining safety standards and accurate weekly maintenance updates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service to residents or tenants.
• Ability to coordinate events and activities for a residential property.
• Strong written communication for newsletters and updates.
• Familiarity with handling resident issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities, including orientation and package delivery reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletters with events, services, and ads.
• Handles resident issues such as disputes, maintenance, and requests.
• Prepares incident reports according to company standards.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals and manages related contracts and fees.
• Ensures guest suites are ready and provides amenities to residents.
• Processes work orders for maintenance and confirms completion with residents.
• Prepares weekly maintenance reports and monitors safety and cleanliness.
