Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Seattle to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents and to support property staff. The role involves coordinating resident activities, publishing newsletters, and assisting with package delivery and fleet services.

You will handle resident requests, scheduling, and contract management while promoting a high-quality living experience for all residents.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating resident events and activities.
• Ability to publish a property newsletter and manage resident communications.
• Ability to handle maintenance requests and incident follow-ups.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property and assisting with utility set-up and package handling.
• Develops and publishes property newsletters with events, services, and ads.
• Handles resident issues, including disputes and maintenance requests; prepares incident reports as required.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals, maintains contracts, collects fees, and ensures guests have requested amenities.
• Processes work orders for maintenance; communicates with residents to confirm satisfaction; prepares weekly reports.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; alerts maintenance to needed repairs.
