Job summary

Mission First Housing Group seeks a full-time Resident Services Coordinator through Columbus Property Management and Development to support onsite programs and resident services.

You will build community partnerships, coordinate workshops, create event calendars, and assist residents with access to resources while promoting independent living and housing stability. Some evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Social Work/Human Services and/or 3–5 years’ equivalent work experience in social services.
• Clean driving record; access to insured vehicle; available to work evenings and weekends.
• Provide residents with information about community resources and supports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with residents via in‑person meetings and calls.
• Build partnerships with service providers and community resource agencies.
• Coordinate program outreach and assist with strategies to improve resident retention and engagement.
• Create monthly or quarterly event calendars and produce outreach flyers/newsletters.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate resident workshops.
• Provide residents with information about community resources and services.
• Mediate and help resolve conflicts between residents and management as needed.
• Maintain and update service reports and resident/family survey data.
• Assist residents with lease compliance issues (e.g., housekeeping, late rent) and connect to needed services.
• Support the organization’s mission in all duties and participate in special projects as requested.
