• Develops a Resource Directory of local services for residents.
• Organizes educational events on health care, services, life skills.
• Implements on-site or mobile health services and screenings.
• Promotes resident involvement in programs.
• Assists residents in accessing community services with HUD guidelines.
• Responds to inquiries promptly and maintains professional boundaries.
• Compiles quarterly reports for HUD and maintains documentation.
